Dust free container filling for powder with The SiloadmaxX®
How it works
Filling containers with the SiloadmaxX® mobile system is based on the pneumatic conveying concept. The dry powder bulk material is conveyed through a telescopic pipe in a SiloadmaxX® liner bag fitted into the receiving container. The conveying air and the dust particles are returned into a filter receiver through the gap between the outer telescopic pipe and the inner conveying pipe. A rotary valve under the filter discharges the dust back into the conveying cycle by means of a bypass device. The conveying process operates in a closed loop mode and prevents the release of dust into the environment. For unloading of silos, the conveying air for the system is supplied by a blower that is integrated into the SiloadmaxX® unit. In case of truck unloading, the truck compressor can be used for conveying.

The SiloadmaxX® unloading system CQF
The container unloading system ContainerQickFlows (CQF) is designed for handling of sticky and powdery bulk solids, without releasing dust to the environment. With the aid of a fork lift, the CQF unit will be connected to the container. After the container is moved into a tilted position, the dry bulk solids flow through a wide opening in the liner into a screw feeder. The material will be conveyed with the aid of an integrated blow through rotary feeder and compressed air into the destination silo. The CQF is available to fit various containers. In case of bridging material, the use of a bulk shock unit is recommended.
