Re: Cyclone Or Production Filter ?
i want to buy a grinding system which has a cyclone with a dedusting filter, also i'm working in factory works with the production filter system ....
so what do you think which one is better ? ■
Cyclone Or Production Filter
The cyclone is probably an essential part of the grinding process. It re-cycles the oversize product for re-grinding.
It will take out most of the fraction between 10 and 20 microns.

How is the dust load ? mg/m3 ? ■
Re: Cyclone Or Production Filter ?
Excuse me,
does anybody have a resource about jet pulse bagging filter?
can you sand me by e-mail?
How is the dust load ? mg/m3 ?
How does it calculation ? ■

Re: Cyclone Or Production Filter ?
so , what do you think ?
using cyclone or production filter is the best way for limestone ? ■
Re: Cyclone Or Production Filter ?
Depends on the dust type and dust load from the process, we can use Cyclone + Bag filter or only Bag filter. ■
Method 2 For The Simplicity Of The Process
The choise will be depended on the balance issue between initial cost, maintanance cost and operation cost.
Method 1: lower initial cost but with higher fan power consumption and more frequent repair work.
Method 2: lower fan power consumptionbut with higher initial cost and lower maintenace cost.
Otherwise, the fan impellar design of method 1 should be of wear-resistant type and need to be maintained periodically if the limestone contain minor abrasive mineral components.
I prefer to use method 2 for the simplicity of the process.

Cyclone or Production Filter ?
for fine powder speration which way is better :
1- using cyclon with a dedusting filter
2- using production filter
powder : limestone caco3
particle finesse : 3 - 20 microns ■
