Carbon Black Conveying

Please clarify if you are handling pelleted carbon black, carbon black powder, or carbon black "fluff". Pelleted carbon black will be the easiest material for conveying and storage. Bulk density of pellets is about 15 lbs/cu ft but the fluff has a density of only about 4.

Pneumatic conveying can be used if you prefer this mode of conveying. For only 25 ft it will be more cost effective to elevate the bags of carbon black and dump the bags in the storage bin.

500kg/h is a small capacity to transfer in 25ft long distance, if material degradation is not important , the vacuum transport is enough,
