I can recommend Exopack. Domestic. Just about everything we package goes into 50 lb paper bags, some with poly liners, some without. Now our bulk densities are much lower 25-45 lbs/cu.ft. and our products are much different (powdered food items), but overall we've been pretty happy. ■
