We are planning to purchase Zinc Removal System from Blast Furnace and/or BOF Converter’s sludge,

The Sludge properties:

·Zn (Zinc) content:4-5%

·Fe content:50-55%

·Density:1.2-1.7 g/cm3

·Flow rate:200 – 250 m3/hr.

Preferably the system shall separate zinc on liquid basis, but also the system separate zinc after mud drying process is acceptable.

Since we are going to use the low zinc contaminated sludge/dust, the maximum content of zinc in the recovered sludge shall not exceed 0,3%

If you are interested on giving us the commercial proposal for zinc removal system;

· Questionary that helps specify the existing situation.
