Vacuum loading and cleaning systems are solutions to unload, load and cleaning. But one should take into account some aspects like abrasion in hoses and pipes and loading capacity,

power consumption etc., during design of this kind of systems. Therefore design engineer will ask you some more questions like;

•What is the material you will discharge?

•What are the physical and chemical properties of the material?

•From where you will take the material and where will you carry it?

•Where will you discharge at the destination point?

•What is the capacity required?

These are some points should be known while beginning of the design. You need to know them either you want to buy a small unit from the mass production manufacturer’s products or you order to a Company who manufacturers these kind of systems.
