Hi all....

Right now we are manufacturing calcium carbonate upto 500 mesh (30-35 microns)

Now we are looking for expansion and we are thinking of production of micronised ground calcium carbonate with particle size upto 2 microns.

Please help and guide me for the best suited machinery for that, and contact details of the company if possible.

Also guide me what is min power consumed & min maintenance needs, and also to approximate cost of the machinery.

Requirements...

Production Capacity Reqd: 400 Metric Tonnes / month

Particle size at inlet : 100 mesh powder

Particle size at outlet : upto 2 microns

Please Help.......

Do you want 2 micron in d50?

Additionally you should give d97 rate you want.

What is the inlet stone size (mm)?

What is the humidity of inlet stones?

If you clarify above points, then we can give you quotation.
