We are developing an electrolytic cell to electrowin refined copper in the form of beads of 1-6 mm diameter. As a starting material, we are looking for a method to produce "seed" beads in the range of 0.8-1.0 mm diameter. It is our understanding that these beads could be made by atomizing, extrusion of wire followed by chopping to length, and by shotting, however, we do not have the technology for any of these.
We would appreciate hearing from anyone that might be able to provide assistance.
