Dear Sir.

I do not understand very well your inquiry anyway we produce accessories for pulse jet filtration plant, Like Valves, Header tanks and electronic control devices.

Do you need to install a cleaning system with compressed air, like pulse jet ?

If yes, please send me information on number of valves, drawings about header tanks, and specification regarding control devices.

I look forward to hearing from you.

hello,

I had used such vaccum cleaning system. The capacity of the system was 5 TPH. It is a centralized vaccum cleaning system with a container consisting of Vaccum Pump(twin lobe vaccum pump), bag filter and high efficiency cylcone separator, compressor unit for purging of bag filter unit at ground floor and a primary cyclone and bag filter unit at any suitable elevation of a building and pipeline with spring loaded flap valves for flexible hose connection at each floor of the building. The building height is approximately 45 m. Ofcourse, we used it for lignite, and as the particle size reduces the effectiveness of the system reduces.

Motor for the vaccum pump was of 75HP and that for compressor is 5 hp.
