Batching plants for manufacturing the white cement based new product.
Dear Sir,
We are the largest white cement manufacturer in India. We are planning to install a complete Automatic batching Dry Mix Plant for dry substances based new product capacity 400 TPD (10000 MT/month considering the 16 hrs working /day ).
For this purpose we wish to have the services of good Technical /Engineering Consultant and equipment suppliers for the complete plant.
The Scope of work proposed batching plant consisting of:
* Basic engineering
*Procurement assistance for equipments
*Detail engineering GA drawing, detail drawing etc
* pls note that the main equipment of batching plant would be as below
* Hopper scales
* dosing devices
* Mixer
* storage bin for finish product
* packing
* materials handling etc.

A brief Process detail of white cement based product
In the manufacturing process of white cement based new product store all above mentioned ingredients in the load cell
based hoppers. Then taken out the ingredients in defined quantity one by one from the hoppers and mix them completely in mixer for the stipulated time as per the required batch size. After mixing all the ingredients, stop the mixer and discharge in the product in storage hopper & pack the material through packer.
