HAZEMAG & EPR GmbH will be present for the first time at the MAWEV Show 2009. The materials processing specialist is expanding its marketing activities to include Austria and Hungary, to which end a new area office is being opened in Traunkirchen in the Salzkammergut region of Austria. There is enormous potential for HAZEMAG equipment in the Austrian and Hungarian markets which will be accessed by the opening of the new sales office.
At the trade fair in Kottingbrunn, the new HAZEMAG Hard Rock Impactor AP-KMH 41 will be presented to the specialist public. The new machine has a capacity of up to 110 t/h, and is intended to be used as a secondary-stage impactor for very abrasive materials, such as gravel, granite, basalt, gneiss, glass, firebrick, limestone and dolomite.
Over 60 years experience in the field of materials crushing is reflected in the efficiency and uncomplicated operation of the AP-KMH 41. The hydraulic adjustment of the impact aprons and grinding path is effected simply and easily at the touch of a button to guarantee a uniform, high-quality material with a maximum amount of final product. Thanks to the grinding path, the resultant product is a highly cubical material with minimum oversize. Grinding path and hydraulically-actuated impact apron systems can also be retro-fitted as required by the customer according to the specific application.
The HAZEMAG AP-KMH 41 Impactor also sets new standards with regard to ease of servicing and maintenance. The large service doors on the front face of the machine and the hydraulically-actuated housing rear section provide excellent access to the internal wear parts. With the use of a roller-top table, the blow bars can be withdrawn horizontally and turned or changed easily, safely and quickly.
