AUGER BOTTOM UP FILLER
The Concetti Group is pleased to announce their new patented bottom up auger filling device, ideal for dosing very difficult products that can be extremely dusty or very sticky.
The innovation by the Concetti Group is that the auger fills while it moves from the bottom up inside the bag. It fills from the bottom to the top! This enables the system to steady the bag during the filling operation, reaching higher capacity, limiting bag handling, keeping dust to a minimum and filling accurately.
This system can be applied both to open mouth (pre-made) bag filling machines, our model IGF, and with the most modern FFS Continua technology (see picture).
Some applications: calcium carbonate, tannin, cement premix, barium carbonate, strontium carbonate, iron oxide, lead compounds, aluminium hydroxide, polymer powder, adhesive powder, refractory powder, wooden powder, enamel, kaolin, flour etc.
