we are currently using the spooning method ( actually the spoon reffered here is an excavator) in our pilot plant to mix bulk materials that is, heavy mineral sands, iron ore and coal. i want to compile a standard operating procedure that will conform to the ASTM and ISO standards for mixing of material.

i did some research and all i could find was a paper on soil homogenization and it is not exactly relevant to my research. HElp!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ■
