Why the temperature of jaw crusher bearing is too high?

The main reason:

1.The lubricating grease is insufficient

2.The lubricating grease is dirty and corrupt

3.The bearing is damaged

The trouble shooting:

1.Add lubricating grease

2.Change the lubricating grease after washing the bearing

3.Change the bearing

The animation is a brave introduction.

Unfortunately it does not show the toggle mechanism & the swinging jaw occasionally impinges on the backplate.

But least the rocks seem quite realistic. Few of your competitors illustrations are quite so ambitious.

Persevere. A frighteningly good example of what can be acheived in animating mineral process equipment is the one for mill reliners on the Russell website.

( www.rmeAus.com ) Go there & salivate!

I was well impressed: even if the round link chain was not quite fully continuous in the version I saw. It's still very, very good & makes a lot of other, almost all other, mineral process equipment sales efforts resemble a stone age club. Club in any sense of the word!

To add to the above:

A primary crushers operation depends on many things.

"First and Foremost In My Opinion"

The quality and type of the bearings used in any case

being either oil with a pressurized system

or grease lubricated.

The corner welds of the entire chamber

Is there an apron feeder in front of the jaw crusher?

1. The "Mohs or Rockwell Hardness" of the mineral crushed.

2. The desired production capacity of the primary crusher.

a. Unexploded Blasting Caps, either fuse type or electric

3. The amount of fines in the Run Of Mine (ROM) ore.

4. The hardness of the active and passive plates which affects the liner life.

It was her way of free advertising for her company. I removed the link from her post. The words "jaw crusher" was linked to her website in China.

It is a very sneaky way of advertising.
