question on Electric rotor magnetic separator Magnetic

We are a mining company located in Vietnam, we are now mining titan mineral sand with the capacity 10,000 tons per month. The concentrated heavy mineral product contains 60-68% Ilmenite, 1%Iron, 14-20%zircon, 2-4 % Rutile, 0.3-1%Monazite, 4% Foreign & 10-15% sand

I'm finding kind of the electric magnetic rotor separator for our ilmenite separating process, I hear that Ukraine is good at this technology, but I don't have their detail contact information, could you pls help me on this?

It needs more information to research this processing.

1. Can you supply the specific resistance and specific susceptibility of ilmenite, rutile ,Monazite, gangue, etc. and their coefficient of distribution.?

Of course, the best is supply the structure date of the ore.

2. Usually, titanium is distributed in the 125-80 microns, and in the majority 80microns. So, there is a way that seperate the crushed ore into fine parts and rough parts. Then concentrate it separately.

Dear Sir,

Our mineral is mining along the beach sand, the size of valuable mineral is from 75 to 250 micrometer. we usually use the vibration screen to remove the above 0.5mm, therefore the feed material will be 99.8 % under 0.25mm and 0.2% over 0.25mm.

The physical property for these mineral is similar to some information which you can find from many titanium mineral company or wikimedia (sorry, I dont know the way to put the attached file here, please give me your email address, then I will give you more detail about the specification for our ore)

we can easily take the mixing of Ilmenite, rutile, zircon & monazite. These size is distributed from 75 to 250micrometter, the main topic is that I ask about the magnetic rotor separator to take ilmenite separately

Thanks and best regards,

Thang
