Premier Pneumatics P-Series: For Sanitary Pneumatic Conveying Applications
The Premier Pneumatics P-Series vacuum receivers provide a custom solution for difficult conveying applications. Designed to handle powders, poor flowing powders, and fragile materials, the P-Series meet cGMP sanitary requirements, with all components constructed of stainless steel (DIN 1.4404, AISI 316). The P-Series are designed for easy disassembly, cleaning and maintenance with reverse jet filters, tri clover quick release fittings, food grade gaskets and an automatic filter cleaning system standard on all units. Other design features include steep cone angles to ensure excellent discharge and band clamps for quick disassembly. A polyester cartridge filter is equipped with automatic reverse jet pulsing for through cleaning. The sanitary design makes the P-Series ideal for applications in the food industry including snack, bakery, cereal, confectionary and OTC active processing applications. The P-Series is available in three models: the P10 (10 liter capacity), can convey up to 1320 lb/h (600 kg/h); the P30 (30 liter capacity), can convey up to 3960 lb/h (1800 kg/h); the P100 (100 liter capacity) can convey up to 8800 lb/h (4000 kg/h). Units are available in bead blast, satin or mirror polished finish.
K-Tron MT12 Microfeeder: For Low Rate Micro-ingredient Feeding
K-Tron will exhibit the latest version of the company’s micro-ingredient feeder MT12. Available in both sanitary pharmaceutical and industrial models, the MT12 will accurately feed free flowing to difficult to handle powders at rates as low as 20 grams / hour and as high as 2000 grams/ hour, depending on material and installation environment. Both loss-in-weight and volumetric feeder models are available for continuous or batch operation. Options are available for automatic refill. The compact feeder is designed for ease of disassembly, allowing fast and easy cleaning.
