Hi

we fabricate cyclone separators for detergent plant , plant dust level is very high 450~600 mg/m^3

it is high efficiency dust collector (barrel - 1.5 D , cone 2.5 D) , with in 15 min period we collect 4.5 KG from bottom , and we observe fine dust (blower discharge ) is more higher then bottom,

we planning to fabricate settling chamber for this

can we get good result from settling chamber , than bag filter ?

could you please any expert guide me?
