AS we discussed on this subject early this week, the temp.of air to the bag filter looks to be on a lower side at 130 Deg C, as we have seen in the GCT + ESP Combinition units in the past, where off late bag houses are being added by retaining the GCT.

I suggest you to bring up the temp. to atleast upto 180 -190 deg C (by reducing the water consumption in GCT) so that you can use Pulse Jet membrane fibeer glass filter bags. we have seen many such installation all over the world if you are willing to.

The most popular size of bag is 150 mm dia x 6 mtr long bags. If pet coke is being fored then it is better to have acid resistant finish or you can go for Teflon finish to the fabric.

Please note that always it is better ton the run the bag houses at elevated temp. where they behave better and efficiently.
