Outlet Dust Size Distribution Measuring

Dears,

we would like to install a dust collector for the outlet gas of a tower. we should measuring some data from the stack such as flow, temperaure, dust content and

dust distribution size(%?<10micron, 10<%?<50, ...)

I would like to know how we can measure dust distribution size?

should we gather dust and do measuring at laboratory? so how we should gather dust? is there any standard?

The method is called isokinetic sampling. There are various standards, European (ISO906 and US EPA 4, 5 etc). Google companies who specialise in isokinetic testing.

are you sure the above standard related to this subject?

if we would like to gather dust and analyse it in laboratory, what we should do? is there any simple way or it needs special equipments?
