I would like to design a damper with an actuator in a duct line with the flow rate of about 250,000 m3/h(for dedusting purpose)

would you please tell me how can I design it?

is there any references?

how can I calculate required moment for opening the damper?

can I use pneumatic cylinder as an actuator?
