The company KLEEMANN + REINER was founded in 1857, where first agricul-tural machines were manufactured, especially fruit and grape presses. As the sale of these machines was dependent of the season, stone crushers were taken up into the manufacturing program later. Stone crushers with single toggle system were produced by the turn of the century. Inevitably the program was extended by classifying drums, elevators, elevating hoists and conveying plants. After the 1st world war special crushers for the pro-duction of chip mate-rial and sand were added, moreover vibration screens which replaced the clas-sifying drums. Also mobile stone crushers in several variants as well as gravel washing machines were taken up into the manufacturing program at that time.
Up to the year 1940 KLEEMANN + REINER had sold approx. 5000 machines like crushers, screening machines, washing machines etc. in Germany and abroad.
In 1979 the company was taken over by Mr. Reiner, who died in the meantime. The enterprise, which employs approx. 150 people, enjoys an excellent reputation among the experts of the branch in Germany and abroad owing to the quality of it’s products and the reliable service.
Due to it’s wide range of machines, KLEEMANN + REINER projects and manufactures turnkey processing plants for the sand, gravel and ballast in-dustry. Stationary plants are being built up to an hourly capacity of approx. 1000 t, mobile plants up to approx. 1500 t, depending on the kind of stones, whereby erection and training of the staff will also be taken over by KLEEMANN + REINER.
Complete plants are not only sold in Germany and the neighbouring countries, but also to a large extent overseas and especially to the Near East and Africa. Also remarkable is the fact, that the biggest jaw crusher KLEEMANN + REINER has ever built, with a feed opening of 2000 x 1600 mm, a weight of 170 tons and an hourly capacity of 2700 t is installed in the United Arab Emirates. The same customer possesses also a ship loading plant with a daily loading- and unloading quantity of 30.000 tons limestone, which was also projected and manufactured by KLEEMANN + REINER.
