I'd be grateful to you if you could please kindly share your experience in relation of maintenance of the cement mill.

There is a problem in intermediate diaphragm bolts, which fix the diaphragm to the shell. Some bolts were broken during mill operation.

After only approximately eight months, five bolts for the diaphragm were broken.

The bolts were broken at the head-to-shank area as shown in the enclosed photos.

I'm wondering if we can kindly share the reasons which lead to break these bolts.
