We have a contract for the supply of 100,000 tons of bulk cement to Massaeed, Qatar on the basis of self pneumatic discharge vessels of 25,000 tons.
We have the supply of cement from Indonesia but we are having a hard time locating the vessels at a workable price to us. Finally, we located a dry bulk vessel with no pump at a reasonable price and would now like to try to lease a pneumatic pump to do the job at the port.
Technically is this possible and do you have a service company willing to do this job in Qatar?
