Pellet Screening System – Model Super PLATON II
The NX Gravimetric Feeders models include the innovative designs with unique diagonal agitator and negative wall hopper angle which promote material flow in the feeder to provide a higher feeding performance.
The Super Platon II Pellet Screening System is able to detect black spots and off-color contaminants in a pellet stream using two high-resolution line sensor cameras. These units are installed at the end of a compounding line to remove defective pellets and therefore improve the quality of the final product.
