2. Product variety and large production capability. PRCO is specialized in unshaped and shaped refractories. PRCO takes up 100 thousand square meters, possesses 100 million RMB (equal to 12 million US dollars) fixed assets and 80 million RMB (equal to 9.67 million US dollars) flow funds. PRCO now has six workshops, one hi-tech refractory research institute and a subsidiary in northeast China that especially produces magnesite material (25 thousand t/a). PRCO now can produce 24 series of products, more than 150 types shaped and unshaped refractory material which can sufficiently meet the need of metallurgy, non-ferrous, construction, petrol-chemical and mechanical industry. PRCO can annually produce 100 thousand pieces of purging plug for argon blowing, 20 thousand tones of pre-cast shapes and 100 thousand tones of top and middle grade bulk refractories, 5000 metric tons of slide plates, 5000 metric tons of magnesia carbon brick, alumina magnesia carbon brick, 5000 metric tons of mono block stopper, shroud and submerged nozzle, 2000 metric tons of ball regenerators and 600M3 regenerative blocks and 5000 metric tons of Si3N4 bonded SiC block. At present, PRCO have developed into a production base for fullest range of top and middle grade refractories and the only refractory manufacturer in China that can supply complete refractories for minimill. Its products have been applied in more than 100 large and middle scale iron and steel corporation such as Shanghai Baosteel group, Shougang corporation, Wuhan iron and steel (group) company, Anshan iron and steel group company and Baotou iron and steel (group) co. ltd. etc. In addition, part of products, such as purging plug, magnesia carbon brick, slide plates, castables, Precast EAF roof etc, have exported to Russia, Malaysia, Thailand, Iran, etc.

3. Advanced production process & equipments and complete testing method. PRCO has advanced production process & equipments and complete test apparatuses. Part of equipments for production and test is attached.

4. Strict quality control and stable product quality. PRCO was awarded the certificate of ISO9002 in 1998 and upgraded to ISO9001: 2000 edition in 2001. With resort to the quality management system, PRCO has achieved the goals that its product quality is continuously improved and part of its products fill up the domestic blank.

5. Powerful capability in engineering and refractories supply for high temperature industry. PRCO has developed series of refractories for high temperature industry, such as iron and steel industry, petrochemical industry, non-ferrous metal industrial.
