Since February 2009, the system developed and installed by BEUMER has been in operation and able to ensure the continuous limestone transport between the quarry and the plant in horizontal and vertical curves, over bridges and through a tunnel, reaching a mass flow of 1,500 tons per hour and a conveying speed of 4 metres per second.
