FMC LinK Belt has been building rolls and idlers for 100 years. We are expanding internationally via a factory in China plus licensed partners in South America. we are seeking to license our product in INdia via a plan whereby a partner imports the roll head (Ductile iron material with embedded ball bearing) from our facility in China and sources all other components, frames, tubing, shafts locally. Our manufacturing scheme requires no welding at all, the rolls are assembled by a hydraulic press up machine. Not sure if this is what your client has in mind but thought I would contact you anyway in case this firm or another has interest
JVs are not being pursued in India currently but that could change in the future , but such decisions would take place at levels above my own.

Tie up for Conveyor Rollers/Idlers
We are an Engineering Business Consultancy firm head quartered in Mumbai, India. Our client is an established Conveyor Component manufacturer in India having state of the art manufacturing facility for Conveyor Idlers/Rollers. Our client is expanding its current Idler manufacturing capacity and is interested in dedicating a capacity of about 15,000 rollers per month exclusively to a Conveyor Manufacturer or Conveyor Roller/ Idler manufacturer based outside India.
Our client wishes to do so through excusive manufacturing agreement or by forming a Joint Venture company.
Our client manufacturers all critical components for Rollers like bearing housing etc, in house and has all the Special Purpose Machine required for Simultaneous Pipe Boring, Automatic Simultaneous CO2 welding etc. Our client also has all the necessary testing facilities for Rollers/Idlers in house.
