What will be suitable rotary feeder for desired capacity of 200 tph for clinker having top size of 10 mm and having 80% passing size of 2mm.Please suggest the suitable rotary feeder for abrasive clinker and top size of10mm. ■

You have not stated location and purpose of this feeder. Is it under a clinker silo? Is it for feeding a mill?

Rotary feeder is not a preferred type of feeder for abrasive clinker for extracting 200 TPH. ■

I guess you are from ACC.

Have you found answer to your problem yet?

We are facing problem of flusing after use of Rotary feeder(RAL) below the hopper and onto the weigh feeder. Rotary feeder is speed controlled.

We are looking for alternative like some enclosed type of conveyor can be used below hopper.

Why not you try Solid Impact flow meter?

If you can send the drawing of the feed we can suggest a solution.
