I have sent you the following message by email, but it was returned. Pls check if you have got my email.

It is no problem to produce the trailer mounted type.

Before we make the solution, there are some questions to ask you:-

1). capacity of 1200 bags each 50kg Cement / hr.

Is the capacity of 1200 bags for total packing plant or for one packing line?

How many packing lines are there in each packing plant?

2). What kind of bag you will use to packing cement?

Is the bag valve mouth type (need not to sew the mouth) nor open mouth type (should sew the mouth)?

Does the bag mouth need to be sewed?

3). What weighing accuracy in kg do you required?

4). Do you have the Dustproof requirement? In which country will the packing plant be used? Is there any special environment protection requirement?

5). Pls introduce us the detail condition at the working site.

6). Do you need us to supply the cement material feeding device and conveyor (input to storage hopper) and conveyor (output)?

If yes, there are two kind of material feeding method for cement. Cement must be feed by out force. One is Screw rotary method, another is Pneumatic method. We usually adopt Pneumatic method.
