Dear Visitors,

here is purpose for used and brand new pellets line.

Technical specification of the production line

The wood pellets are made from wet and dry sawdust and wood chips. Input raw material is collecting in sawmills located near the pellets plant.

The pellets production line consists of:

-2 x scroll conveyor each in own raw material stock

-rotary separator

-boiler feeds with wood waste from rotary separator, chimney

-rotary drum dryer

-cyclone

-mixing stock bins

-hammer mill

-two pellet mills

-ambient air cooler/drier

-bagging and palletizing line

Product:wood pellets, cylindrical form, diameter of 6,8 and 10 mm, accordance with DIN 51731, DIN Plus, Ö-Norm, SS-norm

Capacity:1,6-2 t / h (10000-12000 t / year)

The production line is ready to increase the capacity up to 3 t / h (18000 t / year) by investment costs of cca. 150.000,- €.

Input raw material:wet and dry wood sawdust, wood chips

Heat source

for rotary drum dryer: wood waste boiler – 1160 kW

Pellet mills:2 pcs STOZA GP400 – vertical ring die (CZK) with chrome die from Graf GFmbH (Germany)

Packing:Big-bags – max 1250 kg

LDPE bags 15-25 kg

Conveyor system: 7 pcs rubber belt conveyer

10 pcs screw conveyer

1 pcs excavator conveyer

Process control: Computer control system

Price:

Brand new 1 200 000 Euro;

Used from March of 2008 year: 900 000 Euro. Price include disassembling from Seller and mounting to Buyer.

Productivity: 1,6 - 2 tonns per hour.
