Coal Washing Plants

What are you referring to as a good range of controls????? coal preparation plants do one thing only and that is clean coal and that depends on how well you want the coal cleaned to begin with.

Are you intent on establishing a coal tipple with picking belts?

what size of coal do you intend to handle? run of mine, minus six inches, 30 mesh, 40 mesh, etc. what is the end purpose?!

As usual its fine to ask questions but what are you interested in?, Simply washing, screeening, and stock piling or complete plants with floation cells to clean coal, centrifuges with desilting cones, vibratory centrifuges.

The first place to start is "Coal Age Magazine"

purchasing the world mining directory is something you should consider as a matter of course it is $499.00 USD-United States dollars plus shipping.

Another necessary item is the coal prep directory which is $95.00

United States dollars.

It gives you complete information regarding coal preparation etc.

The other issue is how much and how clean do you want your coal. I am assuming it is bituminous soft coal and that requires a lot of energy to clean screen and prepare it.

The folks at mining media accept all major credit cards including the "American Express" credit card.

email jmestas@mining-media.com

Attending any of the annual mining shows such as the annual ones at Las Vegas, Nevada or the upcoming show at Kolkata, India on November 5-8 are a must as is contacting and visiting mine operators here in the united states that have coal washing and prep plants.

Please be more specific as your initial question paints a broad area and looks like you are simply fishing for information.

Hello Izaharis

Your approach is some how precise, and well, you right when you say '' you r fishing for info only''

I have people standing in queue asking to recomend a plant and they are ready to invest. What makes me concerned is to find a fiittest for the scenario that i am dealing with.

Soft fragile lignites with quite high ROM moisture and fines, with finely disseminated pyretic sulphure. I am quite interested if there is some plant, modular, low water requirements, capable of treating at least 2mm and above upto 40 mm.

We start fishing then we feed our selves.

Thanking you

Hello,

We currently manufacture washing plant for the following industries;

Sand & gravel

Quarry

Iron Ore Washing

More recently we have been looking at the washing industry and are fairly advance on 2 projects. We have the plant and knowledge to deliver a successful washing project.

I Currently have a plant that is available that could be easily adapted for coal washing.

Can you confirm the capacity that you require.
