Down hill conveyor design
We are an established Belt Conveyor and Conveyor Components manufacturing company in India. One of our group companies has Iron Ore mines in India and is planning to install Down Hill conveyors.
We are looking for a consulting firm / individual to provide us engineering consultancy including feasibility of Down Hill conveyors for this project.
To give little idea about the referred Down Hill conveyor, I would like to share following information with you:
a)Down Hill Conveyor no. 1 – Gentle slope is available from top to bottom approximately RL difference is 180 mtrs and total length to be traveled will be around 1500 mtrs. (Distance by road approximately 3kms.)
b)Down Hill conveyor no. 2 – We have got very steep hillock on this mine.
Approximately RL difference is 400 mtrs.
Approximately Ariel distance is 1500 mtrs.
