Like louis says 1% it is no different than railroad rail as it will be affected by temperature and weight stresses. 165 lb. rail at a minimum for you application if you insist on doing it that way.
If you spend poorly on the foundation and rails just remember that once it falls the rails off its your mess. ■
Tolerence For Rails

This must be specified by the stacker-reclaimer manufacturer. If you need this info for budgeting purposes, you can use specs for crane rails.
Finally whhel load will decide size of rail selected for the job. The bearing capacity will guide you in design of foundations. ■
