Air Swept Ball Mill for High Volatile Matter Solid Fuel
Hi All,
We are currently running a air swept ball mill for solid fuel. Current operating inlet and outlet air temperature are only around 180-200 and 40-50oC. Fuel powder is grinded to < 0.09mm
- If the volatile matter content is 40-50%, would this create risk of fire/explosivity?
- What are the safety measures which can be performed in order to run at higher volatile matter?
