Your bidders are primarily concerned about the dust treatment regime so you should talk to the supplier of dust treatment equipment.
If your silo bidders haven't pointed this out already you should get other bidders involved ■

Steel Silo Design Criteria
I want to specify a stell silo for cement but one of the question from suppliers/manufacturers are the design pressures, both positive and vacuum.
What would be the design pressures for a cement silo with bucket elevator filling system?
