I haven’t come across a commercial software to do silo design calculations. I have seen different spreadsheets on Excel and MathCAD by individuals which do the sums but they are not in public domain.
I guess you have to get the book “Guide for the Economic Design of Circular Metal Silos by J. Michael Rotter” and do some reading,
it has all the material you need. ■

Does it exist a software to help me in bin/silo design? We have an used silo (skirted type), I want to check the structural capacity of this silo. If negative, does it exist a book on this specific subject?
