How to increase dezurik slide gate reliabilty
good day bulkaholics.
given:
1. two staging bin systems with lafontaine valve and a dezurik valve.
2. staging bins stages powders to be used for synthetic detergents
4. powders are being staged via powders delivery system at the staging bins and are being dumped to a mixer.
5. dezurik opens first followed by the lafontaine during dumping
of powders by an automatic controller.
PROBLEM:
dezurik valve always gets stucked up.if we leave it open, after a while lafontaine would be stuck up as well.
**both are pneumatically driven**
We need your help in addressing this issue.
Could we replace it with a different slide gate?
What is the best slide gate for this type of process?
we need your suggestions.
