Hello

I have just start my work in a steel company. we have lots of belt conveyors most of them do not have any tracking system like training Idlers or any other misalignment detectors. 

My manager asked me to prepare an report of which belt conveyor need an tracking system.

So I need help here since I am not very experienced. which parameters should I consider for my calculation? Could you explain the effects of Belt length or width , belt speed , carry load on misalignment?
