Silicon(Si) Nanopowder are spherical high surface area metal particles. Nanoscale Silicon Particles are typically 50 nanometers (nm) with specific surface area (SSA) in the 80 m 2 /g. Surface functionalized nanoparticles allow for the particles to be preferentially adsorbed at the surface interface using chemically bound polymers. Nano silicon powder is the material of organosilicone polymers by reacting with organic materials. Metallic silicides can used to be made polycrystalline silicon.
