Firstly I would like to introduce our company that has been established
since 1965. Our company PT. KARUNA located in west java, Indonesia. PT.
KARUNA currently is under a new management team, which is very expert in
plastic industry. Under our new management team, we really concern how to
develop PT. KARUNA to become a better company in its industry.
We realized that in this industry the efficiency of the company is the
highest priority. Without efficiency, it will put our company in difficult
situation. We really concern with our efficiency without lessen our
quality of the products. We have to maintain our better quality since we
already have ISO 9002 certification for Quality Management System. We have
high standard for the quality of our products.
Regarding this efficiency we have to run our machinery more efficient by
periodically and sustainable maintain our products and replace the spare
parts if necessary. Currently we are the middle of importing some new
machine to increase our capacity. Currently our capacity for bulk bags is
about 100,000 bags per month and we will increase this capacity.

Dear Sirs,
Enquiry in a public tender for the supply of 26.000 MT more or less 10% WHITE SUGAR packed in new polypropylene bags with polyethylene lining of 50 Kg net capacity plus 26.000 MT more or less 10% CANE/BEAT RAW SUGAR bagged from origin or locally in new polypropylene bags with polyethylene lining tightly fixed together of 50 Kg net capacity.
- Shipment 10/1-10/2/2004
- Bid bond minimum U.S. $200.000 for each cargo of 13.000 MT more or less 10% of the white sugar also minimum U.S. $180.000 for each cargo of 13.000 MT more or less 10% of raw sugar to be received latest at 14:00 hours of 10/12/2003 Damascus time.
- Delivery final at Syrian destination and payment after goods arrival and determining quality conformity.
- Telex offers to be received between 15:00 hours of 10/12/2003 and 08:00 hours of 11/12/2003 Damascus time.
- Offers by fax are not acceptable.
- Bidder should undertake to nominate a commercial agent in Syria.
