PREMAFLEX pinch valves – the easiest and safest solution for shut-off fittings

Compared to other shut-off fittings, PREMAFLEX pinch valves ensure a smooth product flow since the flow is not inhibited. With PREMAFLEX pinch valves there is no clogging, only low surface resistance and easy maintenance, the valves are reasonably priced and instantly available – to mention only of few of their benefits. Its simple design makes the PREMAFLEX pinch valve a very economical solution if you need a shut-off device. No additional drive but only a 3/2-way solenoid valve is required to select and activate the pinch valves.

PREMAFLEX pinch valve in heated construction
In idle condition, PREMAFLEX pinch valves allow the full nominal diameter (DN15 – DN 200) to be used. When pressure is applied via the control air supply, the built-in rubber sleeve is pressed together like lips and safely shuts off the product flow. When control air supply is cut off, the valve opens again to its full diameter due to the rebound elasticity of the sleeve. With our range of different sleeve grades, PREMA-SERVICE can serve nearly all applications. Detailed mounting instructions enable the customer to quickly replace the rubber sleeve at the site with no unnecessary service costs incurred.
