in RCS cells reagents added at conditioner tank and feed boxes of each bank. overflow of feedboxes return to previous cell. because of overflowing of froth from feed box of added reagents wash back to first cell of a bank. so reagents could not arrive to next cell in a bank. mentioned problem prevent stage adding of reagents.
i think reagent pipe must Detoured to second cell instead of feed box.
