Adob's Brick's For Constructin

Posted on 4. Feb. 2010 - 10:05

I'have invented a new formulation for making bricks and block's from adob and cellulosic fibers. The process doesn't need to enter the bricks in the tunnel kiln for firing, so this product is recyclable since they aren't cured. In the formulation a binder is used which improve and gives to the bricks high mechanical properties.

This process is economically feasible and ecological.

The same process for making bricks can be used without the kiln.

I am looking for a financial partner to build to make this undustrial.

if you can help me with this please do ......

Dear MaZaGangeE,

There is dry pressing of bricks, which makes a dry brick which then needs to be fired. Next up is stiff extrusion, which extrudes a brick around 12% moisture and needs to be dried and fired. Further up is soft extrusion, which extrudes a brick around 18% moisture and also needs to be dried and fired. Highest on the moisture content is a soft-mud machine which is a casting process that makes a brick around 40% moisture.

All four applications have their pros and cons. We have experience with all but dry-press bricks and would be glad to point you in the right direction.

Thanks.
