Re: Unloading
What I would ask is 'what is your unloading spout'?
Clearly you have designed something you are trying to sell but I've no idea what it is, and if it is your design surely you can outline its features to prospective clients? ■
Re: Unloading
I guess I was thinking of a chute spoon, however you may be talking about a ship loader or the like.
What I was referring to is some designs have issues with spillage and dust. Maybe yours doesn’t - clients would appreciate that.
What about wear, degradation etc cf other designs?

Yes. What can I say?
Sometimes I read what I want to see / am thinking of, rather than what is actually there.
My bad.
I think the points raised may be of relevance.

Re: Unloading
u r referring to spillage that connects with flue gas outlet of boiler and will lower the combustion,
but my my pont is connected with unloading spout that used to unload materials from silo

Re: Unloading
Would have thought the similar features would have been relevant:
CAPEX - cheap to buy etc
OPEX - reduced maintenance etc, minimal wear etc
Environment - minimal dust etc
Safety - Easy to use, maintain etc
Fit for service - minimal material degradation, suitable for material, flows at required capacity etc
There are plenty of commercially available units, which I suspect you are attempting to compete with.
