hello everybody! in my factory , we use 2 unit Atlas Copco ZT-37 Air compressor( oil free tooh compressor ). we have been used it for 3 years.Now , the compressor unable to built up pressure with the same load demand as before.the maximum working pressure is 7.5 bar.I observed that unloaded hours is 50% higher than the running hours.it meaning that, my compressor always unload.
can anyone to help me in order to decrease the unloaded hours?and how to maintain the air end efficiency especially the rotor. ■
