Two Stroke Compressor Pump connection

I was just wondering if anyone could help me out with a question i have....

Here goes...

What is the best way to connect a two stroke compressor pump to a holding tank and where to put a check valve to prevent the back pressure to coming back to the pump ?....Please could anyone let me know.

An in line check valve must be installed after the pressure discharge line of the compressor-preferably at the inlet of the tank.

Just make sure the arrow of the check valve is pointing towards the tank other wise no air will enter it-the tank and an explosion will occur if you do not have a blow off valve in the pressure line or tank.
