Rotary Valve for dilute phase conveying

Dear Sirs, I've seen some rotary valves for dilute phase conveying powered by fan (around 600 mmWg) made from plate and with polyurethane paddles. This rotary valve is very economic but I do not know the manufacturer.

Anybody knows how to find out a manufacturer for this kind of rotary valves?

Rotary Valve

Thanks for your reply, but these valves you show me are 'very robust', thick cast casings, and wear resistant rotor, etc... I am looking for one that the casing is made from pressed steel plate (around 1.5 mm) and the paddles are ended with a replaceable part made from polyurethane.

Fly Ash Pumping System Calculation

I am working in heidelberg cement in bangladesh plant.

I like to know the calculation of fly ash transfer system by Vacum ,

which max. pumping capacity 50ton/hr, pipe dimension, blower capacity, rotary valve design & capacity.
