Dear uditha,

You have posted your thread under the section of Pneumatic conveying.

Therefore, I assume that your question is: what is best option for pneumatic conveying PVC resin?

The decision, how to convey PVC resin, is highly depending on the resin itself and the circumstances under which the resin is conveyed.

In pneumatic conveying, the usual options are available:

-dilute phase

-dense phase

-low pressure

-high pressure

-feeder type

Lowest possible velocities in relation to the formation of streamers.

I believe that there is no specific answer to your general question.

If you can share more specifically about your questions, forum members certainly will help you (and us)

Take care

Teus

Your best option is a pneumatic conveying system designed to suit the physical properties of PVC resin such as melt index and density. In dilute phase, conveying line must be internally roughened to prevent streamers generation.
