Dear Sir,

If you want to use an eductor for your system I calculated roughly:

Pipe: 50 mm I:

Throughput: 1000 kg/h sugar

Amount of conveying air: about 160 m3/h on ambient conditions

Pressure loss: approx. 90 mbar or 9000 Pa

Pressure in front of eductor: approx. 800 mbar or 90 kPa

Power on shaft coupling: approx. 5,5 to 6 kW

A very low cost option is to use a "wand" type vacuum pneumatic conveyor. Just insert the wand into the heap of sugar.
