Cyclonaire Hires Technology Manager to Oversee New Applications

YORK, NE – A cement-industry veteran has joined Cyclonaire Corporation to help direct the manufacturer’s technological initiatives and advancements. David Judd, of York, NE, recently assumed the Senior Technology Manager role at the company, which manufactures bulk material pneumatic conveying systems and controls. It’s a new position at Cyclonaire, one aimed at developing advanced applications and technologies for Cyclonaire equipment, with an emphasis on the cement industry.

Judd has worked at one of the world’s largest cement producers and has 31 years of experience in the cement industry, including 20 years as an operations and project manager. Judd, who moved to York from Great White Northern Ontario, Canada, enjoys fixing anything electrical or mechanical, including computers, when he’s not at the office. He and his wife, Sydney, have two adult children.

Cyclonaire Corporation specializes in pneumatic conveying technology and is a major manufacturer of bulk material handling systems, controls, and components. Cyclonaire’s services range from concept engineering and project management through start-up supervision. Industries served include railroad, cement, chemical, battery, food, foundry, milling, mineral, power, and rubber.
